Rules/Laws on road testing a soapbox

Hi,

Does anyone know the law/rules for road testing a soapbox. I am limited as to where I can test my new soapbox so wanted to test on a local quiet(ish) road but don't want to get into trouble doing so. My theory is it is no different to riding a bike on the road.

Hi Mcae1

I'm assuming you're talking about using a soapbox on the road in the UK.

You'd be subject to the same higway code as everyone else, so would need to obey all road signs,  speed limits, etc.
