Four Races in Two Days

Red Bull SoapboxFour races in two days. This is the biggest soapbox racing weekend of the year.

Saturday sees the postponed Lanhydrock Dilly Cart Race in Cornwall, and Sunday has three major races taking place across the UK. Serious gravity racers will have had to choose between the well established and very popular Richards Castle Soapbox Derby in Shropshire and the newly extended Worlaby Downhill Challenge in Lincolnshire. With Cairngorm, Belchford and Annandale not taking place this year these are two of the fastest races in the calendar and will both attract a high quality field.

All of these are likely to be overshadowed, however, by the Red Bull Soapbox at Alexandra Palace in London. This high profile race will bring huge crowds out to see all sorts of wild and wacky themed soapbox teams showing their style and speed and trying to entertain the crowds.
