Don't Start Your Engines...

The cartie racing season in Scotland is about to get underway with the fabulous Border Bogie Challenge at Denholm this weekend. Now in its second year, Border Bogies has rapidly grown in stature and is attracting some very competitive teams from across the UK, including the every competitive Peter Pope and the always entertaining Will Gunn. Scottish teams are well represented, with The Cheats returning to defend their trophy for the best aggregate time. It will also see the first competition for Gravity Sidecar in Scotland.

Border bogies will also be the first round in the new SCA Championship, with registered teams competing for championship points and the honour of being crowned the very first SCA Champion.
